Adding a New Client
How to Add a New Client?
In adding a new client, go to WP-Client-->Members.
From the Clients tab, click on the Add New button.
It will redirect you to the Add New Client Form.
Enter the necessary information in each field. Required fields are specified in the labels, such as in Email, username and password.
Advanced Member Level
Advanced Member Level pertains to the membership level of the client. Select a corresponding membership level from the dropdown menu.
To understand more about this field, please refer to the Advanced Members Overview.
You can specify the expiration date of the client’s membership. Select any from the pre-defined values at the bottom of the text field which will automatically calculate the expiration date based on the selected value.
Note that it counts from the current date of client creation.
You can also select an expiration date from a calendar by clicking on the text field.
Assign the client to a Manager by selecting from a popup list. First, click on Select Client Managers.
A popup window with a list of Managers will appear.
Select one or more Managers to assign the client to, then click Ok.
Assign the client to a group or circle by selecting from a popup list. First, click on Select Client Circles.
A popup window with a list of groups or circles will appear.
Select one or more circles, then click Ok.
Notice that after assigning, the number of managers and circles assigned are specified after the link label.
Enter a login password for the client.
You may generate a password by clicking on the Generate Password button.
After clicking on the Generate Password button, the text fields are auto-populated with the generated password which is displayed next to the button.
You may allow the client to create their own password afterwards by marking the password as temporary.
This is how the accomplished form looks like.
Click on Save.
You will be redirected back to the Clients list with a “Client Added Successfully.” message.
