Dynamic Circles

The Circles tab allows you to group Clients together into different categories. This gives you more flexibility when managing a large Client base. Using Circles goes beyond simply grouping your Clients together. You can assign different Portal Pages, files, and more to multiple Clients with just a few clicks.

How does the Dynamic Circles work?

To utilize a circle, you need to assign the clients to it. This can be achieved by editing the desired entry from the Circles tab, as well as through the clickable link from the Clients tab. This task is tedious to WP-Client users with numerous clients.

Therefore, the dynamic circles allows you to assign clients based on the specified rules. It gathers the data for you based on the  conditions you have added to the rule. The clients will be assigned to the specified circle as soon as the rule is published.

To get a clear picture of this idea, let's create our first dynamic circle rule. First, navigate to WP-Client → Members → Dynamic Circles. Then click on the Add New button.

It will redirect you to the Add Rule page which looks like this:

Add a title and description. Make sure that your title is descriptive so that you can easily identify each. Assign it to one or more Client Circles by clicking on the clickable link on the right section of the page.

Clicking on the Assign to Client Circles link will bring up a popup window with a list of valid circles. Choose one or more from the list, then click the "Ok" button.
Before we save this rule, "test2" circle has no clients assigned yet.

Don't forget to choose a Date Crtierion which pertains to the validity of the rule. After completing these fields, you can click on the "Save Rule" button under the Publish section.

Once successful, it will direct you back to the Dynamic Circles list with a successful message. You will be able to find your created rule from the list as well.

After saving the rule, the "test2" circle automatically have eight clients assigned to it.

The assigned clients have usernames that starts with "test".
